Penetration Tests and Security Evaluations of Websites. Supplier will perform a comprehensive penetration test and security evaluation of all systems and websites involved in providing Deliverables prior to use and on a recurring basis no less frequent than quarterly. Supplier will have an industry recognized independent third party perform one of the quarterly tests. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but any high-risk vulnerabilities must be addressed within 30 days. Supplier will provide a summary of such tests and evaluations, including any open remediation points, to Accenture upon request.

Penetration Tests and Security Evaluations of Websites. Jamf will perform a comprehensive penetration test and security evaluation of all systems and websites involved in providing Services on a recurring basis no less frequent than once annually. Additionally, Jamf will have an industry-recognized independent third party perform an annual test. Jamf will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high- risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days of discovery. Upon Customer’s written request, but no more than once per year, Jamf will provide an assertion statement to validate the completion of the independent third-party penetration test and attest to the fact that Jamf maintains a process to address findings.
Penetration Tests and Security Evaluations of Websites. TrueCar will have an industry recognized independent third-party perform a comprehensive penetration test and security evaluation of all websites used to store, access, or process Protected Information prior to use and on a recurring basis no greater than every 13 months. The penetration test and security evaluation will include but not be limited to tests to detect vulnerabilities listed in the SANS Top Cyber Security Risks or its successor current at the time of the penetration test and security evaluation. TrueCar will perform appropriate mitigations to address issues identified and will provide a summary of the penetration test and security evaluation to USAA.
