Payment for Holidays. An employee who is required to work on any of the above named holidays will receive pay in accordance with 15.02 (c) in addition to pay for the holiday at the Employee’s regular hourly rate. In the alternate, the Employee may be granted an alternate day off (lieu day) at a mutually agreeable time, to be taken within sixty (60) days after the holiday except at Christmas and New Year’s. Payment for such lieu day will be based upon the entitlement the employee otherwise would have been eligible to receive for the holiday at straight time hourly rates.
