Common use of PAY AND VACATION Clause in Contracts

PAY AND VACATION. For the purpose of determining vacation pay and vacation entitlement, a year of service shall be considered to begin on, July 1st and end the following June 30th. The Company will provide for all extra vacations with pay on an employee’s anniversary date after June 30th to January 1st. The Company agrees to advise employees of their accrued vacation pay each year prior to the annual shutdown after it has been calculated.
