Partnering Program. Construction Manager will attend and participate in Owner’s “Partnering Program” for all prior to commencement of construction of the Project.

Partnering Program. Consultant will participate in a partnering program with District and Contractor. The purpose of the program will be to define common goals, improve communication and cultivate and maintain a problem-solving attitude throughout construction. Consultant’s Project Manager and Project Director shall schedule and participate in Partnering Meetings. It is expected that Contractor and District will participate in all meetings. Partnering Meetings will include a Partnering Kickoff meeting where a charter shall be developed and signed by participants. Quarterly meetings will be held throughout construction. The meetings will be held at District’s facilities. Partnering meetings will be administered by District with help from Consultant. Five quarterly meetings have been included in the level of effort. The first meeting will be up to three hours in length and the remaining meetings will be up to two hours in length. Task 3 Deliverables Consultant will distribute meeting minutes from each Partnering Meeting.

  • Partnering GSA intends to encourage the foundation of a cohesive partnership between the OASIS Contractors, GSA OASIS personnel, and Federal agency customers to identify and achieve reciprocal goals, with effective and efficient customer-focused service, in accordance with the terms of the OASIS contract. Failure to attend meetings, maintain a Contractor OASIS webpage, or otherwise not comply with this section may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or result in a Contractor being Off-Ramped (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
