PARTNER OR PARENTING LEAVE. A full-time and part-time permanent and fixed-term employee, who submits a certificate from a registered medical practitioner of their partner’s pregnancy, or who provides evidence of adoption or guardianship, shall be entitled to access ten (10) working days of paid leave, for the purposes of: City of Salisbury Municipal Officers Workplace Agreement 2013 30
a) Supporting a partner prior to, or after, the expected date of birth or adoption of a child
b) Whereby an employee assumes legal guardianship of their grandchild under the age of five (5)
PARTNER OR PARENTING LEAVE.
