PARTICIPATING CONSUMER LISTS. To the extent not prohibited by any Governmental Rule or expressly by any Participating Consumer(s), the Competitive Supplier shall, upon request of the Town, provide a list of the Participating Consumers being served by the Competitive Supplier, including such reasonable identifying and aggregate consumption information as the Town may also request to the extent such information is available to Competitive Supplier. Competitive Supplier shall provide such Participating Consumer lists in an electronic format reasonably acceptable to both Parties and with no more frequency than once a month.
PARTICIPATING CONSUMER LISTS. To the extent not prohibited by any Governmental Rule, the Competitive Supplier shall provide a list of the Participating Consumers being served by the Competitive Supplier to the Aggregator or CPG upon written request, including such reasonable identifying and usage information as the Aggregator may also request to the extent such information is available to Competitive Supplier. Competitive Supplier shall provide such Participating Consumer lists in an electronic format reasonably acceptable to both Parties and with no more frequency than once a month.
