PART-TIME CLASSIFIED PERSONNEL. The fringe benefits of Article 23.3 Hospitalization/Major Medical Insurance, Article 23.4 Dental Insurance, and 23.7 Section 105 Health Reimbursement Arrangement which apply to qualifying part-time classified staff shall be pro-rated. Pro-ration shall be based on a full-time equivalent of 6.5 hours per day and 173 days per school term.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.
