Parking Modernization. During the term of this Agreement, Landlord may elect to modernize its methods of collecting parking revenue and managing parking operations (such as, for example, installation of automated parking pay stations, inclusion of optional parking fee within ticket purchase or other similar systems or operational efficiencies). If Landlord desires to make any such modernizing changes to the Landlord Parking Areas, the management thereof and/or methods of collecting parking revenues, the parties agree to meet and confer about such changes, including ensuring that ingress and egress from the Landlord Parking Areas is not unreasonably delayed or hindered by the implementation of such changes, and the any resulting additional changes that may need to be made with respect to Tenant’s oversight and supervision rights under Section 7.2(d) and/or the collection of parking remittances pursuant to Section 7.3(f).

Parking Modernization. During the term of the USC Lease, District may elect to modernize its methods of collecting parking revenue and managing parking operations (such as, for example, installation of automated parking pay stations, inclusion of optional parking fee within ticket purchase or other similar systems or operational efficiencies). If District desires to make any such modernizing changes to the District Parking Areas, the management thereof and/or methods of collecting parking revenues, the parties agree to meet and confer about such changes, including ensuring that ingress and egress from the District Parking Areas is not unreasonably delayed or hindered by the implementation of such changes, and the any resulting additional changes that may need to be made with respect to USC’s oversight and supervision rights under Section 7.2.4 and/or the collection of parking remittances pursuant to Section 7.3.6.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.

  • Building Safety There shall be a Labor/Management Committee concerning the safety of State Buildings. The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor. Committee members may participate in the work of the committee during working hours without loss of pay or benefits.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Unsafe Work (a) An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in Information Appendix B.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All PROJECTS/SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the DIRECTOR.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
