Parental/Pregnancy Leave. Parental/Pregnancy leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act (ESA). A copy of the Employment Standards Act will be readily accessible to the nurses at all times. Any nurse, on request will be provided with a copy of Section 46-49 of the Employment Standards Act.
