Parental Leave and Other Leave Entitlements. (1) Provided the aggregate of leave including leave taken pursuant to 19.4 and 19.6 does not exceed 52 weeks, or a further extended period of parental leave agreed to under 19.2(6), an employee may, instead of or in conjunction with parental leave, take any annual leave or long service leave or any part of annual leave or long service leave to which the employee is then entitled.
