Parental Leave and Other Leave Entitlements. (a) Provided the aggregate of any leave, including leave taken under clause 2.2, does not exceed the period to which the employee is entitled under clause 2.2.3, an employee may, in lieu of or in conjunction with parental leave, take any annual leave or long service leave or any part thereof to which the employee is entitled.
