Common use of Paramedical Services Clause in Contracts

Paramedical Services. The plan will cover Eighty percent (80%) of the costs after you pay the deductible, limited to twenty-five dollars ($25) per visit, per person, up to a maximum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) per person in a benefit year for each category of paramedical specialist.

Paramedical Services. The plan will cover Eighty eighty percent (80%) of the costs after you pay the deductible, limited to twentya maximum of thirty-five dollars ($2535) per visit, visit per person, person after you pay the deductible and up to a maximum of three five hundred and fifty dollars ($350500) per person in a benefit year for each category of paramedical specialist, no combined annual maximum.

The plan will cover Eighty one hundred percent (80100%) of the costs after you pay the deductible, limited to twentya maximum of forty-five dollars ($2545) per visit, visit per person, person after you pay the deductible and up to a maximum of three six hundred and fifty dollars ($350600) per person in a benefit year for each category of paramedical specialist, no combined annual maximum.

Paramedical Services. The plan will cover Eighty one hundred percent (80100%) of the costs to a maximum of seventy-five ($75) per visit per person after you pay the deductible, limited to twenty-five dollars ($25) per visit, per person, deductible and up to a maximum of three six hundred and fifty dollars ($350600) per person in a benefit year for each category of paramedical specialist, no combined annual maximum.

Paramedical Services. The plan will cover Eighty percent (80%) of the costs after you pay the deductible, limited to twenty-five dollars ($25) per visit, per person, up to a maximum of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) per person in a benefit year for each category of paramedical specialist. Psychiatrists, psychologists, and registered clinical counsellors are added to the list of paramedical practitioners (effective November 15, 2023, date of ratification).
