Common use of Paid Leave during Vacation Clause in Contracts

Paid Leave during Vacation. When an employee is entitled to paid leave in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, during this vacation period, there shall be no deduction from vacation time for such leave. The period of vacation so displaced shall be taken at a mutually agreed time. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation must advise the Employer and provide acceptable documentation within five (5) working days of returning to work.
