PACKAGING OF THE GOODS. The Contractor shall package the Goods for delivery in accordance with the highest standards of export packaging for the type and quantities and modes of transport of the Goods. The Goods shall be packed and marked in a proper manner in accordance with the instructions stipulated in the Contract or, otherwise, as customarily done in the trade, and in accordance with any requirements imposed by applicable law or by the transporters and manufacturers of the Goods. The packing, in particular, shall xxxx the Contract or Purchase Order number and any other identification information provided by UNDP as well as such other information as is necessary for the correct handling and safe delivery of the Goods. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Contractor shall have no right to any return of the packing materials.

PACKAGING OF THE GOODS. Except where We have packed the Goods, You warrant that You have complied with all laws and regulations relating to the packaging, labelling or carriage of the Goods, and that the Goods are packed in a manner adequate, having regard to their nature, to withstand the ordinary risks of removal, carriage and storage.

PACKAGING OF THE GOODS. The Supplier shall provide proper and adequate packaging in accordance with the highest standards of packaging for the type and quantities and modes of transport of the Goods, and in accordance with prevailing commercial best practices, to ensure that the Goods delivered to the Global Fund will be free from any damage. The Goods shall be packed and marked in a proper manner in accordance with the instructions stipulated in the Contract, or otherwise as customarily done in the trade, and in accordance with any requirements imposed by applicable law and/or by the transporters and manufacturers of the Goods. Expenses incurred by the Global Fund due to the Supplier’s non-compliance with these requirements and/or relevant instructions will be for the Supplier’s account. The Global Fund reserves the right to reject any and all shipments deemed by the Global Fund to have been inadequately packaged. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Supplier shall have no right to any return of the packing materials.

Related to PACKAGING OF THE GOODS

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • MERCURY ADDED CONSUMER PRODUCTS Contractor agrees that it will not sell or distribute fever thermometers containing mercury or any products containing elemental mercury for any purpose under this Contract.

  • Product Labeling The labeling of all Licensed Products sold or offered for sale under this Agreement shall expressly state that the Licensed Product is manufactured under a license from the Medicines Patent Pool.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Salary Packaging In compliance with the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia’s policy statement, salary packaging shall be available to employees.

  • Labeling Upon request, Lessee will xxxx the Equipment indicating Lessor's interest with labels provided by Lessor. Lessee will keep all Equipment free from any other marking or labeling which might be interpreted as a claim of ownership.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.
