Ownership of Licensed Patents. Licensor will at all times be the sole owner of all right, title, and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to the Licensed Patents.

The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Patents, except with respect to Licensed Products, are the sole property of the Licensor and that the Licensor has the exclusive right to control and license the Licensed Patents and agrees that it will not dispute or contest the Licensor’s interest therein.

Ownership of Licensed Patents. Motorola is the exclusive licensee of the Licensed Patents in the Licensed Field set forth in Exhibit A, and has the right to grant the sublicenses granted herein.
Ownership of Licensed Patents. To the actual knowledge of Licensor, there are no written claims, actions or lawsuits pending which could adversely affect the Licensed Patents or Licensor's rights thereto.

BioMarin, or its Affiliates, are, and throughout the Term will remain, the sole and exclusive owners of all rights, title and interests in and to the Licensed Patents set forth on Schedule 1.57 (Licensed Patents), free and clear of all encumbrances, except to the extent such Schedule indicates that a Third Party owns one or more of such Patents, in which case the Schedule identifies the license agreement pursuant to which such Patents are licensed to by such Third Party to BioMarin or its Affiliates.
Ownership of Licensed Patents. Subject to Section 2.1, as between the Parties, Illumina shall own and retain all right, title and interest in and to the Licensed Patents.
