Owner’s Right of Termination. 1. The Owner may, at any time, terminate the Contract, in whole or in part, with or without cause for the Owner’s convenience, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. If Owner terminates the Contract for convenience, the Contractor shall be paid for acceptable Work completed through the date of termination.
