REMOVAL OF THE VESSEL. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery thereof and shall remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within three (3) days after delivery thereof is effected. Port dues and other charges levied by the Korean Government Authorities after delivery of the VESSEL and any other costs related to the removal of the VESSEL shall be borne by the BUYER. REMOVAL OF THE VESSEL. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery thereof and shall remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within three (3) days after delivery thereof is affected. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within the foresaid three (3) days, the BUYER shall pay to the BUILDER the reasonable mooring charges of the VESSEL.

If Buyer fails to remove the Vessel from the premise of the Shipyard within the aforesaid five (5) working days, in such event, the Buyer shall pay to the Builder a reasonable mooring charge of the Vessel. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the SHIPYARD within the aforesaid three (3) days, then, in such event the BUYER shall pay to the BUILDER the reasonable mooring charges of the VESSEL. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within two (2) weeks after acceptance of the VESSEL, then in such event, the BUYER shall be obliged to shift the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD, unless such failure to remove the VESSEL is due to Force Majeure beyond the control of the BUYER.

REMOVAL OF THE VESSEL. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery thereof and unless work is still being carried out by the BUILDER on the VESSEL (i.e. non-conformities) shall remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within three (3) days after delivery thereof is effected. Port dues and other similar charges after delivery of the VESSEL and any other costs related to the removal of the VESSEL shall be borne by the BUYER, save insofar as they relate to the time the VESSEL remains at the shipyard after delivery, for the purpose of correcting defects or non conformities as provided by Article VI.5.
