OWNER-DRIVER WILL CARRY OUT HIRER’S REASONABLE. REQUIREMENTS The owner-driver will carry out all reasonable requirements of the hirer, or customers of the hirer, in connection with the loading or unloading and carriage of goods, provided that: (a) Such requirements do not place the health and safety of any person in jeopardy, including by interfering with the driver’s fatigue management obligations under this contract; (b) The request does not require the owner-driver to use any equipment (such as a forklift or pallet jack) that the relevant driver is not licensed, trained or competent to use; and (c) Any such work is paid in accordance with this contract.
