Overtime Rate of Pay. 6.01 Authorized overtime, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the regular hourly rate, shall be paid for time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or over eight (8) hours in any one (1) day. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime payments. Such overtime shall be offered to the Senior Volunteer within the classification. In the event that there are no volunteers or an insufficient number of volunteers, the Company reserves the right to schedule overtime in reverse order of seniority amongst the employees who have the skill and ability to perform the work.
