Common use of Overtime Rate of Pay Clause in Contracts

Overtime Rate of Pay. 6.01 Authorized overtime, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the regular hourly rate, shall be paid for time worked over forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or over eight (8) hours in any one (1) day. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime payments. Such overtime shall be offered to the Senior Volunteer within the classification.
