Common use of Overtime Premium Clause in Contracts

Overtime Premium. A. Time and one-half (1 Y2) the regular straight time rate will be paid for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in an employee's normal workday. See Article VI/Hours of Work for 1O hour work day exception. For the 10/4 option, time and one-half (1 Y2) the regular straight time rate will be paid for time worked in excess of ten (10) hours in an employee's normal workday.

Overtime Premium. A.
