Common use of OVERTIME MINIMUM Clause in Contracts

OVERTIME MINIMUM. An employee may be required to work for up to fifteen (15) minutes beyond the normal seven (7) hour work day without additional compensation. However, it is understood that the employee's following work day will be reduced by an equal amount of time. Any authorized time in excess of fifteen (15) minutes will be paid at overtime rates, with a minimum of one (1) hour being earned.
