OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS. (a) Overtime rate of time and one-half, computed on an actual minute basis, shall be paid for all work performed either prior to or after an employee's regular scheduled hours, and for the first four (4) hours in excess of eight (8) hours of straight time worked in any regular work day, and for the first eight (8) hours worked on one of two (2) regular scheduled days off, provided an employee has performed work in excess of 40 hours in a regular scheduled work week, Monday -Sunday.
