This is especially important right now as many skilled and experienced Hoosiers are experiencing unemployment for the first time. • Invest $1M to increase awareness of Rapid Recovery programs and supports for Hoosiers. Marketing, outreach, and targeted digital messaging of these programs will continue to be necessary to ensure Hoosiers know ways they can access necessary training as they prepare to go back to work. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Between the INDIANA STATE BUDGET AGENCY and the INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT This is an Amendment to the existing Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between the Indiana State Budget Agency (hereinafter referred to as SBA) and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (hereinafter referred to as DWD) approved by the last State signatory on June 30, 2020. Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.

  • CONTRACTOR RESOURCES Contractor shall obtain approval in advance by the State, in consultation with the Agency, of all employees, independent contractors or agents proposed for each SOW-RFP Project (“Key Personnel”). Key Personnel shall be identified in each SOW Agreement. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to make available all Key Personnel for the entire life of the SOW RFP Project. Contractor shall not change Key Personnel without providing the State written justification and obtaining prior written approval of the State. State approvals for replacement of Key Personnel will not be unreasonably withheld. The replacement of Key Personnel shall have comparable or greater skills and applied experience than being replaced and be subject to reference and background checks described above. If Contractor removes Key Personnel for any reason, Contractor agrees to provide replacement Key Personnel and shall provide the first thirty (30) days of such replacement resource(s) with equivalent skill at no charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State acknowledges that Key Personnel may become unavailable due to termination of employment for any reason, through disability or death, illness, or through leave of absence such as FMLA or National Guard duty for example. In such circumstances, Contractor shall promptly notify the State in writing of the impending or actual departure of any Key Personnel and of the qualifications and identity of proposed replacement Key Personnel. The State has the right to reasonably disapprove of any replacement Key Personnel. If Key Personnel does not perform up to acceptable or professional standards as required in this Master Agreement or the SOW Agreement, Contractor shall, when notified by the State, either replace the employees, independent contractors or agents with approved employees, independent contractors or agents or take remedial action agreed by State to ensure that Contractor Resources are acceptable to the State for the SOW Agreement. The State’s right to request replacement of Contractor personnel hereunder relates solely to the removal of individuals from work on this Master Agreement and/or the particular SOW Agreement and does not create any employment or principal- agent relationship with the State. Nothing in this Master Agreement or any SOW Agreement entered into hereunder authorizes the State to direct the Contractor’s termination of, or other adverse action related to, the employment of any individual.

  • STUDENT SAFETY The Parties agree that when a Student attending a College facility expresses to any College employee a suicidal intention or a threat of physical harm to others, a protocol to be agreed prior to the effective date of this MOU will be executed. The protocol will prioritize ensuring that the Student does not pose a threat to self or others. The College will prioritize transitioning management of the issue to School District, the parent / guardian of the student or the most appropriate authority or entity to address the crisis at hand. Often the College Police Department will assess the situation and coordinate that transition with its School District counterpart. School District designates College as its agent under any applicable statutory authority or parent / guardian consent to treatment for the limited purpose of this crisis-response intervention. When on the College campus, Students will follow the policies and procedures of the College to ensure the safety and well-being of the fellow classmates, faculty, staff and visitors. The Colleges will develop standard protocols for various emergency situations. To ensure safety precautions, the College enrolls all students, faculty and staff, including Students in Dual Credit programs, into emergency alert messages. These messages are sent to all groups mentioned via the College email, robocalls and text messages to the telephones listed in the system of record. Alamo Colleges District is subject to legislation requiring it to allow licensees to carry concealed handguns on its campuses effective August 1, 2017, and Students will potentially encounter license holders availing themselves of this privilege. Any notice of these facts to parents of Students will be the responsibility of the School District. Students traveling for College events will be required to sign an Alamo Colleges District General Participation Release as a condition of participation as is required of all students from each of the Colleges of the Alamo Colleges District.

  • Standards for Network Elements 1.8.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements set forth in the technical references, as well as any performance or other requirements identified in this Agreement, to the extent that they are consistent with the greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industry standards.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.
