Outplacement Expenses. For the three year period following the Termination Date, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable expenses (up to a maximum of $15,000 per 12 month period) incurred by the Employee for professional outplacement services by qualified consultants selected by the Employee.

Outplacement Expenses. The Employer shall pay the reasonable cost of the Executive's out-of-pocket expenses relating to executive level outplacement services for the Executive's pursuit of subsequent employment during the Severance Period.
Outplacement Expenses. For the period following the Termination Date until December 31 of the second calendar year following the calendar year during which the Termination Date occurred, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable expenses (up to 45% of the Employee’s basic annual salary, but no more than $100,000, during such period) actually incurred by the Employee for professional outplacement services by qualified consultants selected by the Employee. The outplacement expenses incurred by the Employee during such period shall be reimbursed by the Company no later than the last day of the third calendar year following the calendar year during which the Termination Date occurs.
Outplacement Expenses. The Company agrees to reimburse Executive up to $10,000 for expenses incurred related to outplacement services. Such reimbursement shall be made upon presentation by Executive of copies of invoices and/or receipts describing the services rendered and showing amounts paid by Executive.

  • Outplacement If so requested by the Executive, outplacement services shall be provided by a professional outplacement provider selected by Executive; provided, however, that such outplacement services shall be provided the Executive at an aggregate total cost to the Company of not more than ten (10) percent of such Executive's annual base salary.

If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.

  • ALPS Compensation; Expenses (a) ALPS will bear all expenses in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein. ALPS will not bear any of the costs of Fund personnel.   • Relocation Expenses 19841 Provides relocation expenses for involuntary transfer or promotion requiring a change in residence.

  • COMPENSATION; EXPENSES (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto.   • Outplacement Assistance 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000.
