Basic Annual Salary. Employees with career appointments before February 15, 2013 shall be paid and earn step increases according to the rates and waiting periods described in Section 9.2A and outlined in Table One. Employees with career appointments on or after February 15, 2013 shall be paid and earn step increases according to the rates and waiting periods described in Section 9.2B and outlined in Table Two. The basic annual salary schedule, with proportional application to hourly rate employees, for all grades and steps for those employees covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be increased as follows: Effective November 26, 2016 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.2% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016. Effective November 25, 2017 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016. Effective November 24, 2018 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016.

For those grades and steps in effect during the term of the 2001 Agreement, the basic annual salary schedules, with proportional application to hourly rate employees, for those employees covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be increased as follows: Effective November 25, 2006—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.4% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 24, 2006. Effective November 24, 2007—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.8% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 24, 2006. Effective November 22, 2008—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.9% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 24, 2006. Effective November 21, 2009—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.9% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 24, 2006. Effective November 20, 2010—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.85% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 24, 2006.
Basic Annual Salary. For those grades and steps in effect during the term of the 1998 Agreement, the basic annual salary schedules, with proportional application to hourly rate employees, for those employees covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be increased as follows: Effective November 17, 2001—the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.8% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect as of November 16, 2001.
Basic Annual Salary. For those grades and steps in effect during the term of the 2000 Agreement, the basic annual salary schedules, with proportional application to hourly rate employees, for those employees covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be increased as follows:

Article 9, Section 1 is amended to provide as follows: Effective March 18, 2006 - the basic annual salary for each grade and step shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.6% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on September 3, 2005, or the actual effective date of the COLA based on the July 2005 CPI-W.
