Our Fees and Expenses. We may charge reasonable fees and are entitled to reimbursement for any expenses we incur in establishing and maintaining your SIMPLE XXX unless, as a DFI, we must transfer your SIMPLE XXX assets without cost or penalty. We may change the fees at any time by providing you with notice of such changes. We will provide you with fee disclosures and policies.
