Other Manufacturing of Licensed Products. Other than as expressly provided in this Section 5.3, ATSA shall be responsible for all Manufacturing of the Licensed Products at its cost with respect to activities under this Agreement. For clarity, ATSA will be responsible for the Manufacture of all clinical supplies of Licensed Products, unless otherwise agreed in a Clinical Supply Agreement, and for all commercial supplies of Licensed Products.
