Common use of Other Family Members Clause in Contracts

Other Family Members. Upon the death of other family members of an employee, as employee shall be entitled to bereavement leave for the five (5) consecutive calendar days which next follow the date of death. The employee shall be paid at regular rate for such working days that were scheduled for the employee during these five (5) calendar days. (b)
