Other Dedicated Container. Terminal(s) In addition to the Terminal, PQA shall have the right to establish other container terminals at Port Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx when the aggregate container traffic at QICT (berths 5, 6, 7 and the Terminal) exceeds 1,700,000 TEU's per annum, provided, however, that PQA may proceed at any time with planning, designing and tendering procedures for such other terminals. In the event that PQA decides to establish other container terminals at Port Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx as mentioned above then QICT has the first right to enter into negotiations with PQA for the award of the contract for the establishment thereof. If QICT and PQA are unable to reach agreement on the terms of such contract within 180 days of PQA intimation to QICT of PQA’s intention to undertake such negotiation then PQA shall have the right to invite competitive bids from pre-qualified parties with suitable terminal operating experience, provided, however, that the terms offered to the pre-qualified parties will not be more favorable to those offered to QICT. If PQA has to offer more favorable terms in order to attract the said prequalified parties to Port Xxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx then QICT shall have first right to conclude negotiations with XXX on the basis of such more favorable terms.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Overbuilds Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop parallel to, or in replacement of, an existing loop facility, except that:

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees.   • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02.   • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition.   • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
