OPERATIONAL IRREGULARITIES. The Employee on duty, in whose area a serious operating irregularity occurs, will be permitted to attend any Company hearing, or investigation being conducted into the irregularity when it is considered that the actions of the said employee had any bearing on the said irregularity, or on events and circumstances leading thereto. The Employee shall have the right to require the presence of a witness of his own choice, or be represented by his duly accredited representative of representatives at the hearing or investigation.
