Operation of Search Services. Each time a User enters a search request in a search box (a “Search Query”), Synacor shall return to such User a set of up to 10 search results (each such set being referred to as a “Search Results Set”) and additional paid links (“Sponsored Links” or “AFS Ads”) as agreed to by the Parties. A Search Query will only return search results (including Sponsored Links) unless otherwise authorized in writing by Client; information entered as a Search Query may not be used to or for User profile-building by Synacor or the Search Services Provider.

Operation of Search Services. Each time a consumer enters a search request in a search box (a “Search Query”) Synacor will return to such consumer a set of up to [*] search results (each such set being referred to as a “Search Results Set”) and additional paid links (“Sponsored Links” or “AFS Ads”) as agreed to by the Parties.
Operation of Search Services. Each time a User enters a search request in a search box on the Home Page (a “Search Query”), Synacor shall return to such User a set of up to ten (10) Results Sites per page displayed on the Home Page (each such page of a set of Results Sites appearing on the Home Page shall be referred to herein as a “Search Results Set”), and additional paid or sponsored links (“AFS Ads”). The format and placement of such AFS Ads on the Home Page shall be agreed to by the Parties.
Operation of Search Services. Each time a User enters a search request in the Yellow Pages search box on a Page (a “Yellow Pages Query”), Synacor shall return to such User a set of results in response to such query (the “Yellow Pages Sites”), which Yellow Pages Sites may be accompanied by PFP Ads (as defined herein). For purposes hereof, “PFP Ads” means pay-for-performance advertising provided by the Yellow Pages Search Services Provider that are (i) compensated advertising listings that appear on a Yellow Pages Site in response to a keyword query entered by a User, and (ii) sold on a cost per “click” basis,
Operation of Search Services. Customer will ensure that each Referral Traffic Query will (a) contain a Client ID approved by Google for the Search Services; and (b) include End User IP address and user agent information. Customer shall provide Google any such additional information that Google informs Customer is necessary to provide Search Services. Upon its receipt of any transmission of a Referral Traffic Query from an End User, the Search Access Points will immediately redirect the End User to the Search Service without any intervention or interceding web pages.

The format and placement of such AFS Ads on the Pages shall be agreed to by the Parties.

Synacor is unable to affirm that the Search Services Provider is not building a User profile based on a Search Query.

Related to Operation of Search Services

  • Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • Inspection of Services Subcontractor shall make the Services accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by the Contractor. Subcontractor shall, at the first opportunity, inspect all material and equipment delivered to the job site by others to be used or incorporated in the Subcontractor’s Services and give prompt notice of any defect therein. Subcontractor assumes full responsibility to protect the work done hereunder until final acceptance by the Contractor or any authorized third (3rd) party.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must:

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

Specifications for Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
