AFS Ads definition

AFS Ads means the advertisements provided by Google to Customer under this Agreement through Google’s AFS Service.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

Manager will bear the cost of using such materials (e.g., cost of local radio and television ad placements, cost of printing collateral in quantity, and building out and finishing retail stores).

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
