Modification of Services. Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

Modification of Services. The Company may modify its selection of services at any time during the calendar year by giving DRS written notice of the additional services it wishes to receive, and/or the services it no longer wishes to receive, from DRS. The requested modification in services shall take effect on the first day of the first calendar month beginning at least thirty (30) days after the Company sent written notice to DRS.

Modification of Services. A Client Company shall have the right from time to time to amend, alter or rescind any activity, project, program or work order provided that (i) such amendment or alteration which results in a material change in the scope of the services to be performed or equipment to be provided is agreed to by KCS, (ii) the cost for the services covered by the activity, project, program or work order shall include any expense incurred by KCS as a direct result of such amendment, alteration or rescission of the activity, project, program or work order, and (iii) no amendment, alteration or rescission of an activity, project, program or work order shall release a Client Company from liability for all costs already incurred by or contracted for by KCS pursuant to the activity, project, program or work order, regardless of whether the services associated with such costs have been completed. Any request made by a Client Company pursuant to this Section 1.3 shall be in writing to KCS and shall take effect on the first day of the first calendar month which is at least thirty (30) days after the day that the Client Company sent the written notice to KCS.
Modification of Services. The Parties agree that each Service Provider may make changes from time to time in the manner of performing the applicable Service if such Service Provider is making similar changes in performing similar services for itself, its Affiliates or other Third Parties, if any, provided that such Service Provider furnishes to the Service Recipient substantially the same notice (in content) as such Service Provider provides to its Affiliates or Third Parties, if any, respecting such changes; provided further that each Service Provider may make any of the following changes without obtaining the prior consent of, and without prior notice to, the Service Recipient: (a) changes to the process of performing a particular Service that do not adversely affect the benefits to the Service Recipient in any material respect or materially increase the charge for such Service; (b) emergency changes on a temporary and short-term basis; and (c) changes to a particular Service in order to comply with applicable Law.

Modification of Services. Without limiting the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that the scope or characteristics of the Services may change during the term of this Agreement as the Purchaser completes its transition from dependence on the Seller’s Services. If the Purchaser reasonably believes that it is necessary to supplement, modify, substitute, reduce or otherwise alter the Services specified in the Services Exhibit, including without limitation changes that may affect the content, scope, or service levels (“Changes”), it shall make a written request for such Changes to the Seller, and the parties will discuss in good faith the implementation of any such Changes and any changes to the terms of the Services Exhibit to effect such Change. The Seller may not make Changes until the parties have mutually agreed upon such Changes in writing.
