Context Sensitive Advertising Sample Clauses
The Context Sensitive Advertising clause governs how advertisements are displayed based on the surrounding content or user context. It typically requires that ads be relevant to the content of the page or the interests of the user, and may set guidelines for when and where such ads can appear, such as avoiding placement next to sensitive or inappropriate material. This clause ensures that advertising is both effective and appropriate, reducing the risk of negative associations and enhancing user experience by aligning ads with context.
Context Sensitive Advertising. Synacor may also provide, as mutually agreed by the parties, context sensitive advertising (“Adsense for Content Ads” or “AFC Ads”) within the Client Branded Sites.
Context Sensitive Advertising. The Parties may agree to provide context sensitive advertising (“Adsense for Content Ads” or “AFC Ads”) within the Client Branded Portal or other Client controlled websites.
Context Sensitive Advertising. Synacor may also provide context sensitive advertising (AFC Ads) within the Client Branded Portal and on Version 2.1 with Client’s written approval to do so. Any such service will be provided in accordance with Section 2(a) above.
Context Sensitive Advertising. In addition to the AFS Ads, the Parties may agree to provide, through Search Services Provider, context sensitive advertising links on Pages accessed by a User via various sub-navigation links rather than from a specific Search Query. The context sensitive advertising accessed via such sub-navigation links are occasionally referred to as “Adsense for Content Ads” (hereinafter, “AFC Ads”).
