Operation of Equipment. (a) Licensee shall operate its Equipment during the term hereof in compliance with all present and future rules and regulations imposed by any local, state, or Federal authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto including, without limitation, the rules and regulations of the Federal Communication Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “FCC”), and the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “FAA”). Prior to installation of its equipment or making any modifications or changes to its Equipment, if any, Licensee shall comply with the following:
