Operation of AFS Services. Customer shall ensure that each AFS Query shall (a) be from a list of Valid IP Addresses approved by Google for the AFS Services; (b) contain a Client ID approved by Google for the AFS Services; (c) include Subscriber IP address and user agent information; and (d) request no fewer than the minimum number of AFS Ads per AFS Results Page stated in the Cover Page(s) of this Rider. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query, Google shall transmit an AFS Results Set, to the extent available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. Customer shall then display, in each instance, the entire AFS Results Set that corresponds to such AFS Query on the applicable AFS Site in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, without editing, filtering, reordering, truncating, adding content to or otherwise modifying such AFS Results Set.

Operation of AFS Services. Each IAC Site Affiliate shall ensure that each AFS Query from its Sites will [***] request no fewer than the minimum number of AFS Ads per AFS Results Page stated in the Cover Page(s) of this Agreement. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query, Google shall transmit an AFS Results Set with the number of AFS Ads requested by an IAC Site Affiliate, to the extent available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. Operation of AFS Services. Yahoo! will ensure that each AFS Query will: (a) be from a range of Valid IP Addresses approved by Google for the AFS Services; (b) contain a Client ID for the AFS Services approved by Google; (c) [*]; and (d) request no fewer than [*] AFS Ads. Upon Google’s receipt of an AFS Query as described above, Google will transmit an AFS Results Set, if available, via Google’s network interface in accordance with the AFS Protocol. Google will include in each AFS Results Set, either (x) the number of AFS Ads requested by Yahoo! to the extent available (which AFS Ads will be related to the AFS Query) or (y) if no such AFS Ads are available, a response that indicates that no AFS Ads are available.

Related to Operation of AFS Services

  • Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Cessation of services 3. The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Delegation of Services The Administrator may, at its expense, delegate to one or more entities some or all of the services for the Fund for which the Administrator is responsible under this Subcontract. The Administrator will be responsible for the compensation, if any, of any such entities for such services to the Fund, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties or with the Fund. Notwithstanding any delegation pursuant to this paragraph, the Administrator will continue to have responsibility and liability for all such services provided to the Fund under this Subcontract.

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Description of Administration Services on a Continuous Basis PFPC will perform the following administration services with respect to each Portfolio:

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex Usage Information to Reconex pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section J shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section J requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.
