Ads Services definition

Ads Services means the advertising services Huawei provided to you by serving Ads to your Properties through AdsPlatform. For the avoidance of doubt, Ads Services fall under the scope of the Services which are defined in the Huawei Developer Service Agreement.

Ads Services means those anesthesia services provided to a member of an Alternative Delivery System which are benefits under the contract between the member and such System.

Examples of Ads Services in a sentence

  • You must clearly identify each party, in addition to Huawei, that may collect, receive, and/or use Personal Data as a result of your use of Ads Services.

  • A major adjustment refers to the adjustment to one or more factors that have important impact on the decision-making of Huawei/advertisers about Ads Services, such as the traffic, quality, and value of the Properties.

  • Huawei Confidential Information does not include information that you already knew prior to your use of the Ads Services, that becomes public through no fault of yours, that was independently developed by you, or that was lawfully given to you by a third party.

  • Test 2.4(a)(ii): (a) – 5: Agreement Date Observe the date of the Sales and Service Agreement and confirm it is dated prior to the Series Cutoff Date, or, if later, on or before the related Addition Date.

  • Your use of Ads Services on any of your Properties shall be deemed that you have obtained your End User’s such consent.

  • For example, don't interfere with the Ads Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that Huawei provide.

  • If you don't agree to any modified terms in the AdsPlatform Terms, you'll have to stop using the affected Ads Services.

  • Your authorization of an API Partner to access or use the Sponsored Ads Services is conditioned on our consent, which we may grant or withdraw at any time in our sole discretion.
