Ads Services definition

Ads Services means the advertising services Huawei provided to you by serving Ads to your Properties through AdsPlatform. For the avoidance of doubt, Ads Services fall under the scope of the Services which are defined in the Huawei Developer Service Agreement.

Examples of Ads Services in a sentence

  • You must clearly identify each party, in addition to Huawei, that may collect, receive, and/or use Personal Data as a result of your use of Ads Services.

  • A major adjustment refers to the adjustment to one or more factors that have important impact on the decision-making of Huawei/advertisers about Ads Services, such as the traffic, quality, and value of the Properties.

  • Huawei Confidential Information does not include information that you already knew prior to your use of the Ads Services, that becomes public through no fault of yours, that was independently developed by you, or that was lawfully given to you by a third party.

  • For example, don't interfere with the Ads Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that Huawei provide.

  • If you don't agree to any modified terms in the AdsPlatform Terms, you'll have to stop using the affected Ads Services.

  • Your authorization of an API Partner to access or use the Sponsored Ads Services is conditioned on our consent, which we may grant or withdraw at any time in our sole discretion.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
