Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing 3.4.1 Freedom may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Boundary Line Fires Both Parties shall have responsibility for Initial Attack in the case of a Boundary Line Fire. Neither Party will assume the other is aware of the fire, or is taking action. The officer-in-charge who arrives first at the boundary line fire will act as Incident Commander. When both Parties have arrived, they will mutually agree to the designation of the Incident Commander or the initiation of a Unified Command Structure.
ENCROACHMENT/ACQUISITION The Assignee/Bank has no notice or knowledge of any encroachment or that the Government or any other authority has any immediate intention of acquiring the whole or any part of the Property for roads or any other improvement schemes and if such encroachment shall be found to exist or if the Government or any local authority has any such intention, the same shall not annul the sale or shall any abatement or compensation be allowed in respect thereof.

Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.
