CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 Freedom may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4- Central Office shall apply.
