Onsite/Remote Training. Onsite/Remote Training is an add-on training service that Client may elect to purchase. If Client elects to purchase Onsite/Remote Training, Oracle will provide training for the specified period of time and the specified number of representatives set forth in the applicable Order; however, if the Order does not specify the duration of the training assistance or the number of Client representatives that are permitted to receive the training assistance, then the duration and number of permitted Client representatives shall be determined by Oracle, in its reasonable discretion. If Oracle agrees, in its sole discretion, to provide onsite training assistance to Client, Client shall reimburse Oracle for all travel expenses incurred by Oracle in connection said training. If purchased, Client must utilize the purchased Onsite/Remote Training services within sixty (60) days of the applicable Order’s effective date.

  • Remote Work Remote work is the practice of performing required job functions from home or another management-approved location. Any employee who believes that all or part of their position is suitable for remote work may request to work remotely by submitting a written request to their supervisor. The Employer will evaluate the employee's request, and will approve or deny the request in writing. Employees whose requests to work remotely are approved may be required to sign an agreement confirming expectations regarding their schedule, timekeeping, remote work environment, data/information security and other matters specific to their position.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth:

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee.   • Host-Remote When a CenturyLink Wire Center is served by a Remote Switch, CLEC may deliver traffic to the host Central Office or to the Tandem Switch. CLEC may not directly trunk to a Remote Switch. 7.2.2.10 Testing

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Compliance Training ADMINISTRATOR shall make General Compliance Training and Provider Compliance Training, where appropriate, available to Covered Individuals.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.
