Any Change Request shall be made in writing and sent to the Client Representatives or Supplier Representative (as appropriate) and shall set out the change in sufficient detail so as to enable the other Party to make a proper assessment of such change.
Client Representatives shall wear proper badge identification furnished by ALM (“Personnel Badges”) while attending the Event.
Client shall abide by and observe (and shall ensure that all Client Representatives abide by and observe) any laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, and all rules and regulations of ALM and the location where the Event is being held (“Venue”).
Client agrees to abide by (and shall ensure that Client Representatives abide by) standards of decency and civility and not interfere with the use and enjoyment of other exhibitors’ exhibits.
Client will furnish ALM, in advance, the names of all Client Representatives attending the Event.
Client agrees to procure the foregoing rights from all Client Representatives prior to their participation in the Event and shall provide a written release upon request by ALM.
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALM and the Venue and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents harmless against any and all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of (i) any action or failure to act on the part of the Client or Client Representatives and (ii) a breach by Client or Client Representatives of this Agreement.
Client shall ensure compliance by Client Representatives with Section 11.1.
Client assumes full responsibility for any and all loss, liability and damage associated with transfers, omissions and/or instructions given to Bank by Authorized Client Representatives, individuals purporting to be Authorized Client Representatives, or said third parties acting or purporting to act on Client's behalf.
It must remain the Principal Contractor’s responsibility to furnish ACSA with a valid letter of good standing or keep a copy available for perusal by a Client, Client Representatives or any other person authorised thereto.
