Online Support and Telephone Support includes: (i) remote diagnostics; (ii) service desk and dispatch; (iii) question and answer consulting; and, (iv) non- chargeable user error remedies. A toll-free maintenance telephone number is provided for Telephone Support from PTG's corporate offices. Remote diagnostics equipment is required at a minimum of one Recorder location for remote support, which equipment is to be obtained by Recorder at its sole expense.
