OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM. The parties agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe work habits and safe working conditions and to adhere to the provisions of the Workers Compensation Act and related regulations. The Employer will ensure that the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation are readily available at each worksite for reference by all workers and will ensure that workers are aware of the onsite location where the Regulation is available for viewing. The Employer will also provide employees with information on where copies of the Regulation are available for ordering from the Workers' Compensation Board, providing the address, phone number, and website for the Workers' Compensation Board.
