This Code provides that employees may legally strike, and the Company may lockout, following completion of bargaining and conciliation process at the termination of an Agreement. In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement as required by the Code for the settling of the Union agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, there shall be no strike or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Company agrees that there shall be no lockout, either complete or partial.
