Obligations to Survive. The obligations described in Section 7.01 of this First Supplemental Indenture will survive any termination, defeasance or discharge of the Indenture and will apply mutatis mutandis to any jurisdiction in which any successor person to the Company is organized or any political subdivision or authority or agency thereof or therein.
Obligations to Survive. Any outstanding obligations of the Issuer to the Agents and the Registrar under this Clause 14 shall survive the termination of this Agreement, the Conditions and the Trust Deed and the resignation or removal of any of the Agents or the Registrar.

Obligations to Survive. Each and every obligation, liability and duty of Tenant and/or Guarantor which shall become due, or shall accrue, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, and the liability and obligations of Tenant to pay all cost, expense and damage arising as a result of Tenant's failure to pay or perform same, shall survive such expiration or earlier termination hereof.
Obligations to Survive. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall be construed so as to limit any obligations owing by the Employee to the Employer as a matter of law or equity.

Notwithstanding the completion of the transactions contemplated hereunder or the delivery of documents pursuant to this Agreement, the obligations, covenants, representations and warranties of the parties hereto shall survive such completion and shall remain in full force and effect and shall not merge as a result thereof.
