Steps of the Procedure 18. a. Except for grievances involving multiple employees or discipline, all grievances must be initiated at Step 1 of the grievance procedure.

Purpose of the Processing The provision of the Services by the Data Processor to the Data Controller.

Discipline Procedure To ensure that there is no misunderstandings when discipline is to be administered the Parties shall adhere to the following procedure in each instance of discipline.
Impasse Procedure 1. If negotiations are not successfully concluded by the first day of school, impasse shall exist. At any earlier time either party may declare impasse. The parties may mutually agree to extend impasse deadlines. Upon reaching of impasse, the items causing the impasse shall be referred to a three-member committee.
Performance of the Work The Contractor shall perform all of the Work required for the complete and prompt execution of everything described or shown in, or reasonably implied from the Contract Documents for the above referenced Project.
Formal Dispute Process Members representing: (i) any one of the three state Participant Groups or (ii) an aggregate of at least six (6) votes, may appeal the informal Dispute by signing and furnishing to the Regional Director, the Program Manager, and each other Member, a written request to initiate a formal Dispute. This request must, with reasonable specificity, identify the issue(s) in Dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation.
