Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee. (a) The Health Centre agrees to recognize Union representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. There shall be up to six (6) representatives. The Association will keep the Health Centre informed of their names.
