REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES. The parties recognize the value of nurses’ input and participation in committee meetings. All joint Employer-Association meetings shall be scheduled where practical, during the nurse’s regular working hours. The Employer will provide replacement staff where operationally required. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the Association attending meetings with the Employer.

REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES. Except as provided herein, the Employer agrees that there will be no loss of earnings for committee members for time spent when meeting with the employer or processing grievances during regular working hours.
