Number of Bulletin Boards. The Employer shall furnish one (1) suitable bulletin board per floor, for floors having 25 or more employees, in each Center for the exclusive use of the Union.

Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin boards which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to them and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the employees.

Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
